Greetings Rincon Community,
As we approach the week ahead, I want to highlight a few stand-out events from last week. At Play Pass Day on Thursday our Bulldogs unleashed their competitive spirit at today's lunchtime filled with fun and games! For 25 Bull Bucks students joined activities like ping pong, Wii, Jenga, corn hole, and SO much more! Promoting positive choices, friendship, and climate. At Rincon, Bulldogs B.A.R.K, believe, achieve, respect, and show kindness.
Career day Highlight
Career Day on Friday was inspiring. Our middle schoolers had the incredible opportunity to engage with a diverse group of professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners, exploring various future career paths. A huge shoutout to our dedicated counselors for organizing this event and connecting our students with such amazing role models. We believe that exposing our students to a range of careers helps them envision their futures and opens doors to endless possibilities! Thank you to all the speakers who took the time to share their experiences and insights. Together, we are helping our students dream big so they can achieve more than they think possible.
Additionally, we will be honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. this week. His insightful words, "Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education,” resonate deeply with us here at Rincon. As we celebrate this holiday, let us remember the importance of combining knowledge with integrity and compassion. These principles are not only integral to our education but also to the character we build together as a community.
