What an inspiring 1st Family Day at lunch — 272 families signed in and joined us today! Parents tell us communication between teachers and families has been effective and consistent through texts and direct updates, and they appreciate our supportive, kind staff. Events like today and our great Back-to-School Night show what we can accomplish when we come together. “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress; working together is success.” Thank you to everyone who came, connected, and strengthened our school community.
Parent Teachers Conferences are now Student Led
Student-Led Conferences (SLCs) are schoolwide now: Every student is leading their own conference this year to share their academic progress, personal goals, and relational character development. Every Bulldog has a Pathway to Excellence and when they lead, they shine!
Conference Schedule & Hours
Wednesday, Oct 7th: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, Oct 8th: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Lunch break 12:00–1:00 PM
and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Non-instructional day)
Friday, Oct 9th: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Non-instructional day)
Open House format: No appointments needed for most families! Just drop in during conference hours, head to your student's classrooms (you create the schedule/order), and let them lead the way.
Scheduled meetings for some: Counselors will reach out directly to set up designated appointments for students with a GPA under 2.0.

Interpretation support: On-site interpreters are limited, so feel free to bring a family member to help translate, or let your student practice their bilingual skills!
