Principal's Message
We begin the school year with the Rincon Bulldog B-A-R-K:
Believe - Believe in yourself and in others. Be open to new ideas. Learn and grow from mistakes. Look for solutions.
Achieve - Set goals for yourself. Embrace challenges. Be resilient and persevere. Accept ownership. Follow through.
Respect - Show respect for yourself and others. Practice self-control. Take pride in our school. Help make RMS a safe and positive place for all.
Kindness - Think kind to be kind. Welcome and accept each other. Make somebody’s day brighter.
We invite you to partner with us in our mission to guide students toward independent, resourceful behavior to broaden their capabilities and sense of self-worth.

Our Mission & Philosophy
Rincon students are guided toward independent, resourceful behavior to broaden their capabilities and sense of self-worth. Teachers, students, and staff work to facilitate an awareness, respect, and appreciation of diverse cultures to value the rights of others while developing the skills they need to become responsible citizens of the 21st century. All students will be prepared academically to broaden their future choices in life.
Students at Rincon Middle School work to realize their potential to become productive adults. The staff will continue to be cognizant of the characteristics and unique needs of the adolescent and will provide a safe, supportive and stimulating environment that will enable them to become lifelong learners. The staff will implement and maintain a rigorous academic core program to ensure improved student achievement. Students will receive support academically, socially, and emotionally to meet the needs of each child.
