Our PE department wants to thank SD adult baseball league for the donation. With the grant money our PE department was able to purchase two ION speakers. This has added music in the weight room and during our cardio activities on campus. This also provided us the ability to do the State Fitness test. This was key to completing the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Fitnessgram. This is a mandatory annual assessment for students in grades 5, 7, and 9. Administered between February 1 and May 31, it evaluates five core areas: aerobic capacity, abdominal strength/endurance, truck strength/flexibility, upper body strength and flexibility. Results are used for student self-assessment and program evaluation. With the ION speakers we were able to provide the student with the cadence and were able to complete our PFT. @SDAdjultbaseballleague

Exciting times at our first ever, Rincon Unleashed! On Friday we welcomed our incoming 5th and 6th graders to a truly unforgettable afternoon that went beyond a typical orientation. Our campus buzzed with energy as our amazing WEB leaders guided personalized tours, making each new Bulldog feel right at home!
Special thanks to our PUPS who supported our special population groups and our ASB students for tackling all those burning questions with helpful answers. Our incoming Bulldogs got a taste of adventure during their campus tours and exploring unique After School Explore classes like Color Guard and Skateboarding, and they were in awe of our epic Esports room!
This year was particularly special as we bused in over 300 eager students from Reidy Creek, North Broadway, Conway, Lincoln, and Rock Springs — marking inaugural event, known now as RINCON UNLEASHED, as the start of a cherished tradition.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this day possible! Here’s to new beginnings and the bright futures of our Rincon Bulldogs!
