Our first EUSD GATE Collaborative will take place on Tuesday, December 2nd from 4:00–5:30 PM in the Boardroom at the District Office. The GATE Collaborative brings together parents, teachers, and administrators to share insights, offer feedback, and support the continued development of EUSD’s GATE program. These meetings also include presentations on GATE-related topics designed to support both families and educators.
You are cordially invited to attend the three GATE Collaborative meetings this year as a teacher of GATE-identified students for the 2025–26 school year. Teachers who participate will be compensated at the non-instructional rate for their time.
For our first meeting, we are pleased to offer a special presentation titled “Gifted Students and Motivation.” This session, led by Tina Page, one of EUSD’s social workers, will provide practical strategies and insights to help educators and families better understand and support gifted learners who may appear unmotivated or disengaged
