8th Grade Promotion will be Friday, June 2nd, at 9:30am.
Reservation tickets are not required. Please leave items that may block the view of others away from the promotion area.
Per EUSD protocol, 8th grade students must have a 2.0 GPA to participate in promotion.

Parents and Guardians, this week (Mon 4/24-Wed 4/27) we will be holding CAASPP testing. Our bell schedule is altered during testing to allow for a larger testing block from 9:22-11:02am. We ask that students NOT be checked out of school during this time so students can complete the state assessments. Thank you for all that you do to support our students!

Hey Future Bulldog Students and Families! Rincon will be hosting its Incoming 6th Grade Orientation Night on Wednesday, May 17th, from 6-7pm in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Students will join Rincon's ASB leaders for a campus tour and spirit building activities. Parents will learn more about Rincon and participate in a live Q&A session.
The Rincon PTSA is having another family movie night! Friday, April 21st - Doors open at 5:45 and the film begins at 6:30 p.m. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Bring your own chair or blanket. Cash & credit accepted for food sales. Hope to see you there!

The EUSD 11th Annual smART Festival is this Saturday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the California Center for the Arts. The smART Festival showcases student visuals and performing arts, as well as a My Story exhibition. We hope to see you there!
March Madness made it to Rincon's basketball pavilion this past Tuesday in two Staff vs. Student basketball games. Students and staff enjoyed the friendly competitiveness that Rincon's ASB put on during our student lunches. Thanks for playing Bulldogs, and for PAWsing for photos. :)
Today we received a surprise visit from Dr. Ibarra and Cabinet members. They visited Rincon to congratulate Carrie McGibney on her selection as EUSD Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to you, Carrie, for this additional recognition and for receiving District Teacher of the Year honors. Thank you, Mrs. McGibney, for making the Bulldogs proud!
Remember that Wednesday is a minimum day for students with dismissal at 11:48 a.m. Spring Break begins Thursday, March 30th, and extends through Monday, April 10th. School will resume on Tuesday, April 11th, for students and staff.
